About Promova
Since 2004 we’ve been providing translation and localization services for U.S. and European companies entering Russian and other CEE markets. We have served many well-established international brands, Fortune 500 companies, government institutions, and smaller private companies.
SAP, Lionbridge, Spil Games and many more have already benefited from our language services. Some of our strongest partnership relations last for more than ten years, and we do our best to keep them running for at least another ten.
Our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany, with a production office in Ukraine. Since the demand for our services and the geography of our clients constantly expands, we strive to globalize as well so we will soon have new offices opened.
Our main team has 18 in-house language experts who are all native speakers and have at least 2-year translation experience or education in a niche they translate. Upon request, we can easily build a team of almost any size specifically for your project.

STRICT QUALITY CONTROL
The quality of your translation is ensured via 2-level QA procedure by default. Depending upon your goals and types of translated materials we usually apply TEP according to EN 15038 standard. If you need custom QA procedure for your project – we are flexible, and we’ll be happy to negotiate it with you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We take your confidentiality seriously. Our team is bound by confidentiality agreements, so you can be sure your sensitive information is safe. If you need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with us, we are ready to do it.
